We stayed in the cottages and they were very new, clean and perfect for our family of 3 with 2 dogs! Had everything we Harley has a construction business, which is Josh is taking over but Harley still does some but it’s like Harleys a craftsman like he’s yeah And Ann jobs that it’s not regular jobs. I mean they’ll do regular jobs for people they know but it’s usually getting them to come in to do something that the average construction person can do taking over. I don’t think he has quite the finesse but still very skilled anyway it’s like Marcy worked for a bit raise work for them has been a family business but since Josh is taking over, Amy pulls out money pulls out money pulls out money for like a weekend here like like more frivolous, so not like my Aunt Kathy oh that’s Marcy that’s my cousin Kathy’s one with the dog. The puppy fell asleep but the puppy a lot older but not quite so yeah their kids are Josh would it’s I think it’s so interesting to see him now because he talks now like he’s had to learn to talk with his business, but he is a kid would not say a peep he’s so shy so the kids are kinda like that so they have an 18-year-old son that you probably heard Jill and I talking about about he got his girlfriend pregnant last year and has a baby so Aimee is now a grandmother at 34 no 44 she 44 three kids just had a baby and then the other two were there. The long haired hockey player won and one of the little smaller girls there and the other little girl is Marcy and then the really tall, long blonde hair is Marcy‘s daughter too. She has two girls and doesn’t have kids apparently his girlfriend is the drugs and has like they saying they’re going to they’re waiting for a court date. I guess Amie was telling her I didn’t hear about this.

The rooms were renovated and very clean. The beds were so comfy and I love when white linens are used in hotels. The breakfast had many options…including scrambled eggs and sausages, French toast , waffles, raisin bread, juices, cereals etc. much more than other hotels offer. I liked the room with the balcony overlooking the back yard and garden area. Of course the swimming pool was the highlight. It had a lifeguard which we rarely find on our travels and the water was heated….beautiful. On our return visit we had a room facing the parking lot which makes it easier to unload and load our car but sitting outside in parking lot was not as lovely as sitting on a balcony overlooking grass and a garden. For a Days Inn, it is a lovely hotel.

Therrien

The Continental breakfast was well stocked and kept stocked while breakfast hours were running. Not just cold cereals but hot eggs, toast bar with loads of different condiments like jellies. Good tasting coffee. Super cozy beds and room well equipped with everything needed especially when traveling with a baby. We asked for a crib upon check in and a pack in play was left on the room for us. Extra bed linens provided and the bed was stocked with lots of pillows.

Location was slightly out of town with a lot of the other hotels - we knew this when we booked. Whole hotel was scrupulously clean and room was good with a quality Samsung TV. Wi-Fi was good. Breakfast was typical continental, but good choice and plenty of it including fruit. Staff recommended a lovely visit to the Marina at the “Point” which was a really nice spot

Beds were clean and firm making for a good night sleep. Breakfast area had a nice spread of options for the entire family. Coffee was good, scrambled eggs were hot, plenty of toasters for the toasts, three cereal options, two juice options, etc. And all the food was nicely presented. Customer service was superb.
